Easily exchange items if they don’t meet your expectations. Here’s how:

1. Eligibility Check: Items must be in original condition and meet our Exchange Policy.
2. Request an Exchange: Log into your account, locate the order, and click “Request Exchange.”
3. Select Replacement: Choose a replacement item of equal or lesser value.
4. Complete the Process: Follow the instructions provided to return the original item and receive your replacement.
